Pizzacraft’s infrared laser-sighted thermometer accurately measures the surface temperature of pizza stones, grills, skillets, grids, or other cooking surfaces without contact. Simply aim the thermometer towards the target surface and press the scan button to display the surface temperature. The temperature of the object will display and update approximately 2 times per second.
You will also find the red backlit LED display very easy to read. This thermometer has a built in feature to automatically power off in 20 seconds. Thermometer measures a temperature range of 32F – 800F (0C – 427C).
HOW TO USE: Before first use, 2 AAA batteries must be inserted. Slide off cover of battery compartment. The battery compartment cover is the grey panel on the front of the thermometer with the text “Laser-Sighted Grill and Oven Thermometer” on it. To open, press the panel with both thumbs and slide at the same time. The panel will slide away from the top of the thermometer to show the battery compartment underneath.
CARE: Clean with a soft cloth, store away from direct sunlight and high humidity.
